Jesus is God in the books of Samuel.
I Samuel 2:3, knowledge. "The Lord is a God of knowledge." Hannah lips. And from the pen of Paul, a statement to the Colossians (2:2-3) "... the recognition of the mystery of God and the Father and of Christ, in whom (Christ or the Father and Christ alone?) Hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. "He knows everything that Christ is God
II Samuel 22:02, the Savior. "The Lord is my savior." The itemsDavid. He speaks the same in Psalm 40:17 and many other places. E 'generic and applicable to a variety of ways as our God frees us from the enemy of our souls. But try to be specific. Who is this Saviour in concrete human terms? Romans 11:26 quotes Isaiah as referring to those who will come to Zion and turn away ungodliness from Jacob. The Jewish savior is none other than Jesus Christ. And so Christ shares another title with the Lord, making twoone.
II Samuel 22:03, the Savior. With those words we find in Scripture a nerve. David begins the chorus in calling the Savior Lord 22:03. We are conditioned to think of Jesus in this way, because he saved us from our sins. But the prophets of the Lord, who knew him in this same way. From David Isaiah (43:3): "I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior." Hosea and Isaiah (13:4) where God says: "... there is no savior beside me." When we went to the NewTestament in the words of Hosea in our ears, there is a problem or a revelation. None other than Mary (Luke 1:47), the mother of Jesus' and his brothers and sisters, proclaims: "... my spirit rejoices in God my Savior." Well, this is fairly safe, but still speaking of God in the next chapter, the doctor cites loved the angel of the Lord says: "To you is born in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord." (But Hoseasaid ...) By Paolo the excitement builds. His letter to Titus is packed with the theme, Saviour. 01:03 "... preaching ... committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior." But check the following lines: Whoa, Paul, what do you say "... the peace of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior."? And would you say back? Certainly, 2:13: "Looking for ... the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ." In 2:10 and 3:4, is "God our Savior."In 3:6, the time Jesus as Savior. The formula "God and Saviour Jesus Christ" is also used by Peter II Peter 1:1. Oh, we could have imagined the reality of this truth? The truth is, our Savior, Jesus is God. "
II Samuel 22:04, worthy. "Call upon the Lord Who is worthy to be praised," said David, 22:04. Anyone else is worthy of praise and worship, how? None. But you see a worthy revealed in a different form: in the worship of the Magi Matthew 2:11 a boy named Jesus.Matthew 14:33 speaks of a number of the disciples to believe in what suddenly looks like a storm, without hope. When the wind died out due to the presence of Jesus', who worship him. The next chapter is a Canaanite woman attractive to worship Jesus to heal her daughter. Luke (17:16) tells of a Samaritan man, healing and gratitude, which falls on its face for the Master. John tells how he was born blind worship. (9:38) Thomas, is no longer an unbeliever, called Jesus "My Lord and my God!"(John 20:28) has never denied this worship. The writer of Hebrews quotes a psalm that says: ". All the angels of God worship" him "The implication of this passage is that" He is the Son. The final chorus of praise to Jesus who is God, is in Revelation. 5:12 says, "Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!" Why, why is he dead? Many died. Why did you suffer? No, because He is God. Because only Godworthy of praise like that.
II Samuel 22:48, the avenger. "And 'God that I have avengeth, and that leads people under me." additional statement of Paul: "... the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God."
Samuel is therefore agree with the other witness of Scripture. Jesus is God. "
