Look in my eyes - Outlandish

Outlandish is a multi-award winning hip-hop group based in Denmark. Founded in 1997, consist of Isam Bachiri (born in Denmark and of Moroccan background), Waqas Ali Qadri (born in Denmark and the background of Pakistan), and Lenny Martinez (from Honduras). All three members are devoutly religious, Isam and Waqas Muslim, Catholic and Lenny. The band members live in Brøndby Strand. The first single was "Look Into My Eyes." The song lyrics are based on a poem by Gihad Ali, aPalestinian who wrote the piece when he was a teenager, the poem expresses the plight of people suffering from U.S. foreign policy toward Israel and Palestine. The video is based on Little Red Riding Hood. It shows an Israeli soldier as the Wolf and the Palestinian girl, wearing a Kaffiyeh as Little Red Riding Hood Outlandish performed a live version of percussion of "Look Into My Eyes" at conference on "Islamophobia" in Copenhagen, Denmark May 2006organized by the Islam Channel and included many theological and political speakers and community leaders. Their club thumping single "Come Igen" is EA's FIFA 2007. Closer than Veins is the third album released in 2005. The album was praised by critics for his legacy Outlook and powerful lyrics.
